    With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Isaac Perles is the founder and head trainer of Perles Personal Training. A competitive bodybuilder and seasoned coach, Isaac has helped hundreds of clients—from teens to seniors, beginners to athletes—transform their lives through personalized training, nutrition, and a no-excuses mindset. His mission is simple: deliver real results through smart, sustainable fitness.


  • We proudly partner with OC Fit Meal Prep, a locally rooted meal service helping people reconnect with their health through fresh, flavorful food. Serving Orange County and beyond since 2015, they specialize in convenient, customizable meal plans—from Paleo to Vegan, Bulk to Cut—perfect for busy professionals, parents, students, and anyone on a wellness journey. With rotating menus, macro consultations, and high-quality ingredients, OC Fit makes eating healthy easy, enjoyable, and sustainable.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter gym where everyone follows the same routine. Here, everything is tailored to you.

We understand that affordability matters—especially now. That’s why we’ve created a pricing model that delivers high-quality, personalized training at a fraction of the typical cost. While trainers with comparable credentials often charge $100+ per session, we offer sessions as low as $10 when you train consistently. Even with just three sessions a week, the cost averages out to only $16 per session—less than many group fitness classes, with far more personal attention.

Some may ask, “But is it really like one-on-one training?” The answer is yes—minus the rep-counting. You get expert programming, hands-on guidance, and real results—all without the inflated price tag.
